Great service been using them for years now. I'm on the quarterly service with them. No problems with insects other than cleaning up dead ones.

I called Matt, owner, and had a wonderful conversation with him! He immediately understood what I was looking for and provided an excellent plan. In addition, he managed to fit me in and put me on a reoccurring plan of bi-monthly - which I decided to go with instead of the Quarterly without any persuasion or pushing for them. Luis the Technician showed up to our house punctual on time, he was so knowledgeable, very thorough and super respectful of our property and family in the home and the COVID situation - I truly enjoyed him coming to our home and taking care of our property. While I don't have any feedback yet on the pest-control situation, we never had major problems and we like to do this preventatively. No question in my mind this teams knows exactly what they are doing. Thank you so much for being amazing business owners, I highly recommend Primate Pest Elimination to anyone that is looking to get exemplary service!

Luis Infanzan came to my house right on time! He was very friendly and professional! He was prepared with covid mask and gloves. He took his time spraying inside and outside for us, we loved that he didnt rush! And explained what he did after he was done! This guy should def be a manager! Or the very least get a raise for his Outstanding work!! Its been a week and i have yet to see any insects!

Read the review online and had a fast response from Matt regarding quotes.  Made an appointment to get rid these ants crawling all over my parents house and the person showed up on time.  They provided suggestion and sprayed the exterior of the house and along the parameter.  Will definitely use Primate Pest Elimination in the near future.

My husband and I have been customers of Primate for over five years now. The Primate team is reliable, helpful, and extremely professional. What I appreciate most about Primate is their willingness to help. They aren't the type of company that will make you pay for an unnecessary inspection or treatment. Most recently, we had a problem with fleas and called on Primate to help get them under control. Not only did they respond to my inquiry on a weekend, they set me up with an appointment within the week. When I had some questions following the treatment of our home, they responded to me within minutes, even though it was after hours. I cannot say enough good tings about Primate - especially Matt. They are the best in the business!

These guys are seriously the best in the business. When we first bought our home, we had a serious insect problem. My family has been so blessed to have them for the past several years. They've never been late, they've always been efficient, and their services work like magic. They are professional, friendly, and they have become like family to us. We do our quarterly maintenance with them and we haven't had any pests/insects in 4 years. They are excellent at what they do.

Excellent service. Reasonable pricing. Quality service. Alex Estrella (field technician) is knowledgeable and friendly. He's been my technician for 3 plus years. We had a bee hive and i mentioned that when setting up the appointment. I forgot to mention during the service but Alex took the hive down regardless. He's great at his job!

Alex Estrella came and sprayed my house for ants. He was very professional, he went above and beyond. We had such an awesome experience. I have not seen a single ant since he came. I am recommending him to my whole family because during this hot weather it's so hard finding someone who will actually go above and beyond like he did!!

I've worked with these amazing individuals since 2016! They're always incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, responsive and very professional. My favorite technician is Luis who always goes over and beyond! You can rest assured knowing all Covid guidelines are followed by their team. In some ways, even before Covid, I think they were already Covid ready given how they always wore gloves, shoe covers in your home, and masks when necessary. I subscribed to their quarterly spraying program which is well worth the $. I appreciate receiving the reminders from Matt (the owner) when it's time to schedule the next spraying. The technicians will accept a credit card which simplifies the process for me. The spray they use never leaves a residue or stain, doesn't seem to have an odor and doesn't bother plants & animals. Yet, the spray is super effective! I have no complaints at all. I feel pest elimination companies get a bad wrap when a pest problem isn't solved overnight...it takes time! Overall, I continue to be very happy with them and appreciate all of the great work they do! Shout out to my bro, Luis!! Appreciate all you do!!
